I am blown away by how much you are doing! I am just getting serious about the swimming and a bit of running, and it's plenty for me! I'm adding you so we can nerd out about form, etc., sometime.
Also, I really think lowering your calories doesn't make sense. Like others said, make sure your activities are being added into SP's equation, and, if it is, then you may need to eat even MORE calories! I've read a lot of people who have said the change came when they realized they weren't eating ENOUGH and their bodies were conserving in response.
Glad you're going to join us! It should be a lot of fun. Last year at this time, if you said I would be training for a triathlon now, I'd have said you were nuts. But I'm doing it! And you will too.
