Weigh in Wednesday

I stepped on the scale. I was a wee bit nervous. I closed me eyes and just stepped on. I was went from 233 to 227.5. Was so happy i started dancing right there in the bathroom. I been pumped up all day. I can't seem to stop moving.. loving this, seeing the scale go down for a change was WOW!!!

Thank you so much for the Rainbow Sparkgoodie!!!! It was perfect timing that you gave that to me!!!
We are dealing with a crisis in the family with my son in law being a Marine and our Federal Government stopped all income on the Federal level. These kids have no way to support themselve!!!
Thank you for giving me some hope.....I am going to be on my knees tonight and praying much harder!!!!

Hi Autmnrose. Wow my normal breakfast has surprised me thanks to you showing me this site. I always that between my 7oz of Sunny D, Two scrambled eggs, and a butter wheat toast that the toast would be the worst of it. Nope the eggs are. Now I have to find a new protein substitute.

Hi Autumnrose, thanks for thinking of me. My knee was feeling much better (actually started riding my bike again and started the 2nd week of the challenge, but I'm still feeling a teeny bit of a problem on some of the exercise that require bending my knees and even jumping jacks. Not taking any changes and will do my own thing with cardio and just do upper body. I saw your weight loss! That is great - doing something right!! I didn't lose, but glad I didn't gain either. : )
