Well lets try this AGAIN lol. I just added a new Addition to my family in November, my little boy Ryder. Luckly I only gained 20 pounds while I was pregnant and lost it in the first couple weeks BUT I was prob 30 pounds overweight before I got pregnant. So Im going to try to get back to my goal weight of 130 like I was in 2011. I can do this, If I can just step away from the mexican food and sweet tea lol and get off my butt. Any words of motivation would be loved right now :)


2011'.....Hi! My name is Autumn. Im a single mother of two beautiful boys from Texas. My mother got me into this website a couple years ago and I would start using it and then slack off again. Well I went on vacation in Feb of this year and when I got back I saw pics of myself that just disgusted me. So I got a trainer and have been working out since then. I love the working out but I really LOVE food... all food!! I have lost 13 pounds since March 1st and cant seem to lose anymore but Im ok with that but I dont want to gain it back . I tend to slack off sometimes and go on a 4 day eating out binge..I need MOTIVATION :) I hope this page and words of advice from other spark members will keep me from giving up!! :).........3/14/2012.. Well I gained back 7 pounds of the weight I lost, so now Im back on the grind again.. Wish me luck because I need it :)

Lets do a breakdown since I started spark... I started in 2011 weighing 150.. Worked my butt off and got down to 130 within 6 months and down from a size 13 to a 6.. then I got into a relationship which included a bunch of mexican food and Jager...my two weaknesses lol... Well now 15 months later I got back up to 155 :( but Im on a mission. Im going to stay away from the mexican food and jager....AHHHHHH.. Going back to the goal of 130 but focusing more on the inches and pants size. So lets try this once again... :) Any motivation would be loved!!
