My Goals:
My goal weight is 130 pounds. This is a size 8 or 10 in jeans. I want to feel more energetic and have the stamina to keep up with my busy life.

My Program:
I am food logging and trying to stay within the guidelines set by the Sparkpeople food tracker. Exercise 5 days per week. This is walking and jogging right now, but we are setting up a home gym soon.

Other Information:
