    thanks for you comment on my blog about headaches post crossfit. I do drink a lot of water ~ 8 x 8oz per day. I actually wonder if it's too much water.

    I'll try your suggestion of an active rest day with yoga, ice, and heat!

    YA THAT'S ME. I WAS ABOUT 14 WHEN THAT WAS TAKEN ON AN EVEN IN KENT CONNECTICUT. I WANT TO GET BACK TO THAT WEIGHT. THAT WAS BEFORE MY 2 KIDS. RIGHT NOW I'm A TRAINER IN LONG ISLAND.. I RIDE ABOUT 8 A DAY AND TEACH. I LOVE MY JOB. NOW THAT I'm OLDER I'm ALWAYS WORRIED I'm GONNA FALL HARD. ITS KINDA MADE ME A WIMP, BUT I WOULDN'T TELL MY STUDENTS THAT, I STILL HAVE A FEW CRAZIES I RIDE EVERYDAY.. I HAVE A 5 YR OLD WHO THINKS HE'S 3 HE LIKES TO REAR AND BUCK EVERYDAY,LOL AND A STUBBORN WARM BLOOD AND AN X STEEPLECHASER. THE REST ARE PRETTY RELIABLE. BUT I WOULD TRADE IT FOR THE WORLD :)
