Hey Shana!! I'm going to get back into this and I am dragging my mom with me. It helped me to lose over 20 pounds. My new goal is to lose 10 pounds by March when Chris comes home for leave. Help push me there!! emoticon I like mullet guy....when would really need to use this emoticon?

I'm kind of a newbie too (well… starting again after gaining what I previously lose)

Make sure to log your exercise and food intake and to join "DONE being the fat girl" team (...it's a very supportive team).

You are just steps away from your goal.... Enjoy the journey!
