I currently use CrossFit as my main platform for exercise. I have tried just about everything in the past. As far as dieting i follow a very loose Paleo/Zone diet. It hard with my current job to follow this, but i try.

My Goals:
To pass a Close Protection/Personal Security fitness test by next summer. And possibly to compete in the CrossFit games in the next 5 years.

My Program:
45 mins of low impact cardio 5-6 days a week. With CrossFit work out 4-5 times a week.


Personal Information:
Im a 25 year old former Marine, and currently im contract firefighting in Afghanistan.

Other Information:
I enjoy reading, basicly any outdoor sports or activities. Huge rugby fan.
