rewards are very important to me, so aside from the weight loss itself, I'm giving myself presents.
10- pedi 20- new bra (which I REALLY need, so hopefully this will motivate) 30- new tennis shoes 40- new workout clothes 50- mani/pedi 60- new designer purse 70- xbox kinect 80- massage 90-makeup makeover 100-sexy lingierie 110- new wadrobe
When I maintain my weight for 6 months, I'm going to do a boudior photo session. For my husband, but mostly? For me.
Happy New Year!! I hope 2011 brings everything your heart desires. Project (call it a mini-challenge)... today, if you haven't done it yet, write down your goals for this year. We are much more likely to stick to something if we write it down! It doesn't have to only be weight or health related. One of mine should be to try to swear less... ::blush:: Though, reaching that goal "less" would mean not every 10 minutes, so... I can win that one easily (I HOPE!). Another of my goals is to lose 75 pounds in 2011. Sounds like a lot, but... it's about 6 pounds a month (with a few bonus pounds in there). I wrote a blog about mine, if you want to check it out.
