I completely agree with URLACHERFAN. You have made incredible progress. Take time to be proud of yourself and use that positive energy to continue to motivate. There will always be ups and downs but remember that you are in control and that you are doing great! The first pounds are always the easiest to lose but just because the scale may drop a little slower doesn't mean we aren't still making progress. Keep it up!! :)
Hi! You don't know me but I saw your huddle comment and thought I would check you out to see how you were doing. Then, I saw that you have lost 10 pounds! That's incredible! If you had not worked so har for the last three months, you would be starting from scratch right now and probably a couple pounds behind due to the holidays! Keep on pushing toward your January goal. You didn't come this far to give up now. After all, you only have handle it today. Tomorrow will come and you deal with it when it gets here. I'm assuming the pictures are of your children, WOW, what a great motivation. Good luck to you!!
Hello Lois. I had my weigh in and before photos taken. Attended a two hour nutrition class, uggh! I cam home and had the small dinner as recommended and am STARVING!! How much more water can I drink? It is certainly not making me feel full! I am meeting some of the team members for a 6am workout tomorrow. Seems like a good start (except for the hunger!) How are you doing?
