Hi Lois, just dropping by because I saw that you needed some support. I know it's tough to stay motivated, but if you try to just focus on what needs to be done today, get it over with, and be proud ya did, it's much easier than looking too far ahead and focusing on how long the road is and how long it will take you to get there. That's what I do and it's been working so far. I, too, quit smoking 2 years ago, and on top of that I have hypothyroid, so I packed on an extra 20 pounds in the last 2 years. I am sure those 2 factors are what helped that to happen. Anyway, you have to want it bad, and once you do, you'll never give up. I wish ya the best, and if you ever need a friend, please let me know.
