My Goals:
-I want to lose 60 lbs by next Spring
-I'm looking forward to being 2-3 sizes smaller
-really wanting to have that time going up the stairs without gasping...


My Program:
-daily drinking 8 glasses of water
-logging my food intake each day (and yay I'm really sticking to it)
-doing some form of exercise 4-5x week (45-60 minutes)

Thanks for stopping by my blog.
I am going so slow. Last year I did not lose any but I kept off 50lbs. I am focused and this year I am going to lose the last 40 or now 30lbs.

I just wanted to say hi and tell you that even though I've been away from SP for the past several months (bogged down with work and stress) I am looking forward to ending the mighty-year-of-challenges that has plagued me this past year and start fresh soon... I may be still a bit scarce around here for the next little while but I did want to let you know that I've been thinking of you and hope you are doing well in life, in happiness, and in your journey.

HELLO!!!! I was looking over your answers and feel that MSCOCOAGODDESS is the best buddy for you at this time! MSCOCOAGODDESS would like to lost 100 lbs however she would like to lose it by around the same time August 23, 2013!!! She has no workout buddy!
