Want to be a healthier person.
I am a 41 year old living in s.w. ks. I am on my second kidney transplat and would like to be around for quite a while. I need to lose weight pretty bad and with all of the new stuff out there, theres no excuse not to...lol
I have an autisic neice who along with her brother and my sister and brother in law live just and hour away from me. I would like to feel better so I can go visit them more and actually play basketball with my nephew and take the both of them bowling and or skating. ...

I also have numerous cats 2 dogs and 2 finches (birds) I also love to crochet and do needlework.

I would like to be able to play basketball with my nephew and look good enough and feel comfortable to swim with them in the summer and on their birthdays that they have a swimming party.
I would also like to be in a better mood and feel better over all on most days.
My Program:
I joined sparkpeople. I am eating less (portion control). And exercising ALOT more.

I am married for 13 years and have had 2 kidney transplants. I have learned over the years ALOT about nutrition and would like to put it to work to make a happier healthier me. :)
Other Information:
I love playing games on the computer not any blood or guts kind tho. I love animals. I have a pure bred rat terrier and a chawiener dog.and numerous cats I also have 2 birds.
I also love to read and do crafts with my niece and nephew. My favorite thing to do is crochet.
