My Goals:
Ok, I read this wrong - goal 1 is to get down to wedding weight, which wasn't as good as it could be.

Goal 2 is to get down to rafting weight and shape.

My Program:
I am using a modified SlimFast model, two low carb drinks or bars, then snack on fruit during the day, followed by a normal meal with my family. I am also trying to walk at least 150 minutes per week.

Personal Information:
Working mom with high stress job.

Two beautiful kids, aged 8 and 4.

Two energetic dogs.

One patient husband.

And I forgot - two hermit crabs!
