ME and my Journey

I am a long way from the size 12 I was before children. Hopefully someday I will see that size in my closet again. But more importantly, I want to be a better role model for my sons and to have more energy to be active with my family.

My Goals:
My first stepping stonge goal is to get under 200lbs. Eventually I would like to be back to the size 12 I once was.
Hoping to be fit enough to run a 5K this summer.

My Program:
Eating sensibly. Watching serving sizes. More veggies and protein. Less fat and empty calories.
30 minutes or more of excercise 6 days a week.
No Diet Coke More water
