I would like to lose 20 pounds, but do it in a healthy way.
Mainly, I am doing portion control. This means I have to sometimes keep things like cookies out in the car so I don't eat too many! I have a weakness for sugary things, I have to really watch myself. If I start out on the sugar, it's hard for me to stop.
Chemo kicked my butt, so I have to start over on my excerise program. My goal for now is to start at 20 minutes on the treadmill and add two minutes. Sounds wimpy, but is tough for a person of a "mature" age (lol - means I am older)
I also do Tai Chi for Strength and Conditioning, but I don't really think it is much of a Cardo Workout. It's very relaxing though.
