My Goals:
My goal is to love how I feel in my body.

My Program:
My program is to pay attention to my true hunger and feeling full, eat slowly and taste and savor the food I eat, run-walk every day at least 10 minutes, hydrate more, meditate and pray 15 minutes every day, have positive self-talk and to never give up. I need to do this whether I feel like it or not. It's a daily decision.

Personal Information:
I live on the beautiful central Oregon coast with my husband and our Pomeranian, Cisco. I'm Happily Married and In Love.
We enjoy our beach hikes and hunting for agates that we bring home and polish. Our kids are grown with families in CA and NY and our families are in IN and NY so we do travel and they do too so we can see each other. We cherish our retirement and I love working on my health and fitness every day.

Awe, just read your sweet comment & I thank you for all of your kind words and concern of my trip to Chicago... It was a bummer things didn't turn out as planned and I came home with injuries. I'm thankful things weren't more serious and no broken bones! It feels awesome to be moving again, after a week of no fitness... I did not like it one bit, and my body was happy to do some much needed cardio. I am not sure if I gained anything, but hopefully not. I didn't track for awhile and no fitness for that week. But since it was only just over a week, hoping if I went up at all, it was only a few pounds or so. I am deciding if I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow or wait until the weekend... Hmm... Hope you're doing great darling!
