On my way
I hated looking in the mirror and seeing what I'd done to myself. I'd lost 40 pounds in 2005 ~ but then 2006 was just a bad year healthwise and I used it as an excuse not to take care of myself. I gained all the weight back. January 9 of this year, I decided enough was enough. I was miserable, so I recommitted to myself. I joined a gym. I know that I can do it this time.

My Goals:
The biggest goal is to hit my target weight by the end of the year ~ 12/31/2008.
My Program:
I've been pretty successful with South Beach Diet. I'd lost 40 pounds on it last year before I started having health problems and my bad attitude got in the way.
I do Cardio 4 times per week and also try to do some sort of resistant training at least a few minutes everyday.
Personal Information:
I've lived in Montana pretty much all of my life, except for my stint as a nanny for a few years in Southern California. This will always be home.
Other Information:
I love to cook, am big on genealogy, love to read, watch movies and spend lots of time with my nieces who are the lights of my life.
