Goals:
-For my stomach to stick out less than my boobs
-My daughter being able to sit on my lap when I sit Indian Style on the floor. Not on my legs, in my lap.
-Walk/run a 15-minute mile.
My Program:
I've started to pay more attention to what I'm eating. I am snacking on fruits/veggies more and I am starting a consistent exercise routine of at least 30 minutes a day. I am loving Wii Dance right now.
