My Goals:
My current goals: *Count calories 6/7 days using SparkPeople, and stay within range. *250 minutes/week of exercise to beat the winter doldrums and lose the little tummy I got from holiday eating.
My Program:
Drink 10 glasses water day. Eat one fruit or veggie with every meal. Have a whole grain food at breakfast. Log my calories early in the day. If I know what I'm making for dinner or lunch, log that early, too. Yoga 1 X week Body Pump 2X week Cardio 3X week
Personal Information:
I did really well with SP in the spring and summer last year, and lost 17 pounds. I learned a ton about nutrition here, too! My cholesterol dropped from 202 in March to 187 in June woohoo!! I'm going to continue that trend. Reward for sticking to this plan in Jan: 1st week: eyeliner 2nd week: sweat/headband for workouts 3rd week: massage at home by DH (his idea!!) 4th week: facial
