My Goals:
I will free myself of inhibitions and limitations.

My Program:
I'll follow the uber-convenient SparkPeople Meal Plan provided to me as closely as I can in addition to regular exercise. Because I have such a significant amount of weight to lose, I'm setting several small short term goals that will eventually help me reach my ultimate goal weight.

Personal Information:
I was born in a big town, raised in a smaller one. My world grows larger and more exciting every year and I want to fill my life with meaning and adventure. I'm making the changes I need to become the person I want to be.

Saw in the OK team huddle that you needed support... So here I am! Welcome to SP! I love your pic and page headline (I adore Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass)!!

Anyway, I don't know much about you, but thought I'd share a little of my story, in the hopes that it helps you to feel motivated. I've been an on-again/off-again member of Spark for over 5 years now. When I first began my weight loss journey, I weighed around 280 lbs. I'm not 100% sure my exact weight, because I refused to set foot on a scale. Though I may have strayed from the site MULTIPLE times (I think this is my fourth or fifth "go" at losing weight), I never regained more than 10 pounds. The lessons the site taught me have been invaluable. Currently, I weigh 210 lbs and this time around, I've been sticking with the program VERY well and working very hard.

SparkPeople is a great resource and the support of the community can be amazing!! Good luck with your goals! I know you will do an AMAZING job!!
