Changing my Life

My life has changed drastically in the past 6 months. I went from stay at home mom to single mom. I wasn't expecting this change, but I'm very thankful for where it has brought me. I'm a completely different person now than I was just 6 months ago. I'm determined, confident and know that God has a great plan for my life!

I love to run. It's my favorite stress reliever. I also really enjoy strength training and one of my goals is to really start getting muscle definition. So, I'm focusing on eating lots of protein to help accomplish that.

This isn't where I thought I'd be in my life at this point, but I'm so thankful for where I'm at. I can't wait to see where I'll be a year from now :)

Hey Audrey, I usually go to the gym for my yoga workouts. Although, I sometimes use the free classes I found on i-tunes. Some have print outs, some have video and some just music with the calls. You should check it out before you buy a DVD. Good luck.
