Losing weight is hard. I have never had weight issues my whole life. I have always been too skinny even though I ate whatever I wanted. I just gave birth to my third daughter, and I guess being older now and having a winter baby, the weight doesn't just fall off. Now I am looking at calories (I've never done that!), exercising, and am constantly thinking about my weight. Not fun. But at least I am now eating heathly and exercising, things I've never done before, and I can honestly say I have ...
