Want to fight back
Ok, so here's the deal. I'm 20, and I've fought all my life with extra pounds. I had my first diet at a young age and not only once. When I was 15, I had lost a lot of weight, 40 pounds. But the gym closed down, we lost our trainer and my motivation. Hello old body, welcome back... I don't want to do an other diet. I just want to be more careful with what I put in my body and be more regular with exercises.
