Want to fight back

Ok, so here's the deal. I'm 20, and I've fought all my life with extra pounds. I had my first diet at a young age and not only once. When I was 15, I had lost a lot of weight, 40 pounds. But the gym closed down, we lost our trainer and my motivation. Hello old body, welcome back...
I don't want to do an other diet. I just want to be more careful with what I put in my body and be more regular with exercises.

I may have sounded so kiddish...but I did feel that when Im told that I have some issues and Iam paying for it...atleast its done with some dignity.

I'm really happy that today, I didn't feel as much hungry as the previous days... fiou! But because I was out for lunch and dinner, it was hard to have control on what kind of food I could eaté Good thing I did a bean salad... then I could eat more of that and less of the rest. Take care! Good workout!

lol....looks like all this talk about pms did something to me. i woke up with the worst cramps in a long time (and i started early)...ugh! surprise surprise...lol. i took some tylenol (which seems to be helping) and i'm hoping to still get a great workout in today. i hope you are feeling better today...have fun at that party. :)
