I am going to make a change! I can do this! I am tired of being the "fat" sister, "fat" daughter, "fat" wife and refuse to be that "fat" mom to my 16 month old daughter. So I am going to do something about it! For me, my weight is about control and for the first time in my life I am taking it back! I am 25 years old and have a wonderful husband and have a beautiful little girl. I have been around 200 lbs since about 16 years old.
