I live in South central Wisconsin in a small town. I am a police dispatcher for a police department in another small town north of where I live.
I love to read. I have too many favorite authors to mention here. I am eclictic in my reading, enjoying fiction, mysteries and some biographies. Now with the weather getting nicer I love to work in my yard. I have several flowerbeds and because I have a lot of shade in my yard I especially love hostas.
Ooh don't mention Christmas! I am beginning to plan for it but it seems too close for comfort. I just need to stick to my knitting, which in my case is the deep clean. Kitchen will be all done today, and I'll move on to the dining room. If I waited to get motivated it would not get done. I started with just taking a drawer to the table and sitting down with it while I listened to the radio. Each item, decide: Dump, keep, rehome. A pleasant twenty minutes, then on to the next drawer.
