My Journey to Wholeness
Hi, My name is Audie. I am a beautiful vibrant 41 year old woman who has battled obesity all of my life. Recently I have dropped the gauntlet and declared that now is the time. I am ready to defeat obesity and no longer be defeated. I am excited to win this battle not for superficial reason....I love me and I am beautiful....but I want to be fit and healthy.

My Goals:
This summer I want to take a trip to the Carribean. Jamaica, Bahamas, St. Croix, I am not sure but I will choose an island and I want to be on a resort probably Sandals and just enjoy myself. That will be my summer reward.
My Program:
My program is veggies, fruit, water, lean meats, excersise, and balance.
Getting to the core of me and understanding my reasons for overeating and abusing my body. Learn new and correct ways to eat. Also freedom of expressing my thoughts, emotions, and ideas.
Personal Information:
My name is Audie. I am a single (divorced) mom. I have one wonderful son (6th grade). I love Jesus and I love people. It is time to get healthy!
Other Information:
I am a wonderful woman, a wonderful Mom, and a tremendous person with a big heart. I have learned that my compassion and kindness is not a weakness.
