My Goals:
My overall goal is to get fit, be able to hike and play all day if I want to. On the shallower end of things, I wanna look fit...sculpted and lithe. In the long term, I'll like to get my waist size down to 26 inches...I'm at 331/2 now.
My Program:
I don't own a scale because I'm an obsessive weigher...my program is based on inches lost, rather than pound. I'll be drinking my 8 cups of water/day. I'm a coffee junkie, but I'll limit my fav...sweet and creamy double double to 1 a day, and if I'm dying for a coffee after that, I'll make do with non-fat creamer and artificial sweetner. Now that it's slowly beginning to warm up, I'll make more of an effort to walk every day, and I'll be sure to do the cardio and strength programs in my tracker. I don't know that I'll have much luck tracking my meals...I have three other people to feed, including an exceptionally picky toddler. I'm not sure I'll have time to add all kinds of stuff to my list.
