That is a quote from Finding Nemo that I often hear myself chanting inside my head. lol. Like so many others, when I "cheat" and eat badly or neglect to exercise, I want to just give up completely because it's too hard. (wah wah wah, cry me a river!) I am a type 1 diabetic so that starts a whole other list of excuses. I have been guilty of having a fattitude instead of a positive attitude. From now on, I'm going to put on my big girl panties (which will hopefully be shrinking very soon) and JUST KEEP SWIMMING!!!!

Drinking more water/less caffeine
Cardio 5-6 days a week(running/HIT/aerobics/Zumba)
Strength training 3 days a week
Ab Ripper 3x week
Focus on eating healthier calories and less fat.
Be active instead of a couch potato when I am home. EVEN on days I work out! Do laundry! Mop! Walk the dog! :)
