Hello everyone! I'm a 20-something who's just trying to get in the best shape that I can because I owe it to myself. I've been working for this goal weight for almost a year now, but my sometimes out-of-control splurges set me back! I have about 20 more pounds to go and I know that I can do it with consistency, determination, and support! :)

My Goals:
I would like to achieve a goal weight of 135 pounds by 10-17-09, continue eating healthy without BINGES, and focus on bettering my body through exercise!

My Program:
I am eating a balanced diet (around 1200 calories a day) and trying to avoid junk food and splurging as much as possible. I hit the gym AT LEAST 5 days a week for 40-60 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight lifting 4 days a week.

Other Information:
I've been working on losing weight for quite a while but just can't seem to keep the number on the scale from rising up once in a while. I'm losing this weight because I want to look my best and I need to focus on a constant loss without having weight creep up after a "no diet" day.
