Not impossible! Find what works for you, start small and work your way up. One goal at time..this month increase your activity, your fruit and veg intake and drink water, next month add a new healthy habit and so on....it must be hard to keep up with your wife's success so just focus on your own and set your own goals!!!! Use the SPARK to your full advantage it is amazing!

nothing is impossible. your wife (amber) is doing it. and seems very ( go getter and do it). you can do it. and you will live longer, and healthier. remember you want to live a long ti me with your wife. you don't want to miss one minute of it.
