your post today, "far too many people who exercise start to think "I just burned 500 calories, I earned a cheeseburger!" As long as food is seen as a reward or can be eaten with excuses, most people will have problems. Good food in reasonable amounts is the fuel for a healthy body. Exercise is more like the maintenance to keep you running strong." on the message board deserves a standing ovation!!!
