I am now a married Christian lady with an eight year old son who keeps me super busy, a five year old step-son I am getting to know, and my dear husband, who is a lot like one of the kids, LOL. My Goals:
My long term goal is to get back down to 145 lbs, but my initial short term goal is to lose five pounds at a time until my long term goal is attained. I also am aiming to drink a minimum of my eight glasses of water a day, give up soda, and start eating foods with minimal ingredients.
My Program:
Walk a minimum of 2 miles, or 30 minutes daily, drink lots of water, and decrease my food intake by 1/3.
