Hi. I'm a Texas girl, 37yrs old and looking to loose some poundage. I own an in home pet sitting and dog walking business that I love. I usually walk 5 miles and run 1 mile 4 days a week, but I'm looking to increase that to 5 or 6 days a week. So I have my cardio cranked up what I really need to do is get in some strength training to really help me tone up this extra flab.

My Goals:
My goal is to loose 76 lbs by Spring '09.

Fitness Goal: Increase cardio to 5-6 days a week and add in strength training 3 days a week.

Diet Goal: Cut out most sugar and all soda and fast food. Add more veggies and good proteins to my diet.


My Program:
Fitness Goal:
*walk/hike 30 miles a week, (5 miles X 6 days a week)
*jog 9-12 miles a week. (1.5-2 miles a day X 6 days a week)
*strength training at home 3 days a week for 30-45 minutes

Diet Goal:
*eat breakfast at home
* pack a healthy protein filled lunch with snacks
*make light, healthy dinners at home.

Personal Information:
I'm a professional dog walker and in home pet sitter, looking to expand my services to include dog training.

Other Information:
I like to read Texas mysteries. Susan Wittig Albert and and Ben Rehder and a couple of my favorite authors.

I love most kinds of music
jazz, 50's -90's, lounge, some country if its not to sappy and good ol' rock and roll.

Hi, and welcome to the Stepping for Health team. We're not the biggest team at SP, but we are enthusiastic, and we all wear our pedomerters daily, clipped to our underwear if we aren't wearing a belt or a waisted outfit! I'm Danni, the Team Leader, married with 3 kids, and we have been gone visiting my own mum in the UK for the last 4 weeks, so I neeed to get back into the swing of things once I get all our dirty laundry done and get my sleep hours back into the local time zone (we live in Taiwan.)
