2015 - The Year of Small Changes

I've deleted old photos, introductions...everything but the old blog entries. Why? Because this is a new start. A new weight-loss journey that I do not need to compare to previous endeavors.

I'm 33 and live in Tennessee with my boyfriend B and a herd of cats. I suffer from PCOS, anxiety, and chronic depression. I work from home on the computer all day, which certainly contributed to my recent weight gain.

Goal 1: -25lbs (228lbs) - MET 8/31/2010



My Program:
The focus for right now is small changes in food for January.

Week 1 Goal - drink at least 48 ounces of water each day. Follow SP's calorie plan of 1500 - 1850 a day for 4 out of 7 days. Stretch at least 4 out of 7 days.

Personal Information:
33 years old. I live about an hour from Nashville, TN with my boyfriend and my cats (I've embraced my inner crazy cat lady).

I like reading many different things. I'm currently on a YA dystopian future kick. I also like crocheting, drawing, too many TV shows to count, and computer gaming.

Thanks for the comment on my blog! You are so right... I do need to plan for those times when life gets me down. My hubs makes amazing soups, so as long as he doesn't get sick with me I've got that covered. I do, however, need to make a plan for when my 11 hour work days turn into 12+ hour work days...
