My Goals:
I want to lose weight and tone up for my upcoming wedding and honeymoon and hopefully maintain a healthy weight in the long-run. - Get 20 minutes of exercise (in any form) daily - Keep within my calorie goals - Drink more water (sigh..) - Find good ways to sneak protein into my diet
My Program:
Because the elliptical trainer is currently broken, I plan on doing rotations of circuit training and cardio DVD's. On my weekend "day off" I plan on scheduling an outdoor activity with my fiance to get us both moving. Circuit Training DVD's: -Jackie Warner's Work Out -30 Day Shred -The Firm Cardio DVD's: -Tae Bo -Step Aerobics -Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism Outdoor Activities: -Biking -Hiking -Kayaking
Other Information:
Some goal rewards: 5 lbs lost - haircut (DONE!) 10 lbs lost - new workout DVD's 15 lbs lost - new sneakers 20 lbs lost - new outfit 25 lbs lost - no reward needed ;)
