Thanks for the goodie and support. I really appreciate it. Life has it's ups and downs and even though it's been a bit down, I'm keeping my head up and staying strong. I know this will pass and I'll be better for it!
I have been trying to soak in the hot tub after my swims, but I often forget, or simply don't do it because I have a REALLY hard time sitting still. *lol* There will be a whirlpool tub at the B&B this weekend, though, and I fully intend to use it. (A huge 2-person tub?! I might SLEEP in there! *lol*) 1680 days ago
I seem to have to always go back to the beginning! Start over...again...at what worked for me before. 15 minutes of exercise a day, tracking everything, losing only a pound or a pound and a half a week. That's what my body likes, and that's what my brain can handle! Minimal pressure so I can stay with it.
