My name is Andra and I have been a spark member for a while now and lost 65 pounds being an active member. I was away for about 6 months due to my high risk pregnancy and on bedrest for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. On July 15th, 2011 my baby boy, Rylan was born at 35 weeks and 3 days along and didn't need to go to the NICU and was a healthy but a little small at 5 pounds, 9 ounces and 18.5 inches long. I am ready to take back my body and would like to improve my lifestyle again. I lost weight before and I will do it again for my baby boy and for me of course!!

**UPDATE AS OF 10/10/13 - I am pregnant with baby #2! Here starts another crazy chapter in our lives and we are excited and feel very blessed to have this happening right now. I am not at the weight I wanted to be at for this pregnancy since this was a surprise but I will do what I can and keep living a healthy life and focus on all aspects of a healthy life. I'm excited to make my son a big brother, how cool is that? I am an only child so I can only imagine! I will probably have another extremely high risk pregnancy due to my issues but I will be fine and I plan on using Spark for what I need but I will stay challenge free for now! Wish us luck and good luck to all!!!

Joined Spark 9/2/09 (start weight 282) - here were my previous goals that were met:
20 lbs lost - met 12/9/09
50 lbs lost - met 8/27/10
65 lbs lost - met 12/15/10
**pregnant from early Dec 2010 to July 15th 2011 - gained 20 lbs

New (2013) revised goals:
Start weight 256

245 (11 lbs lost) met 07/26/13
*reward: 1 new outfit for motivation
230 (26 lbs lost) met MM/DD/YY
*reward: Hair appt - cut, color, and style!
220 (36 lbs lost) met MM/DD/YY
*reward: New outfit in my new size!
210 (46 lbs lost) met MM/DD/YY
*reward: weight for me, means some more new clothes - what size am I now?
199 (57 lbs lost) met MM/DD/YY
reward: weekend trip away with hubby because this is a HUGE milestone!
190 (66 lbs lost) met MM/DD/YY
*reward: New workout shoes and workout outfit
180 (76 lbs lost)
169 (87 lbs lost) **113 total pounds overall!
After this goal is met - I will REVISE goal

My Program:
Mon & Wed - Jazzercise class (aerobic exercise + strength training for 60 min)

Tues & Sat - 60 min high intensity kickboxing class

30 min lunch walks (M-F), 10 min spark videos on off days, heavy house cleaning, family walks after dinner.

Finished Spark Rookie to 5K Training program in Oct 2012**I would like to start the 10K training in 2013!

At minimum: 240 min + of exercise per week!

Log in food/water daily - stay in a range of 1500-1900 cal/day.
Limit sodium and sugar intake.

Limit processed food and eat more whole foods, cook at home, stay away from fast food.
