    Hi!
I can sympathize w/ kids & working on an advanced degree. It is tough! Good for you. I more or less have given up on my PhD after my #3 was born. I added you as a friend- I will try to keep up with your progress. emoticon

I went to WW and it was always stressed to make sure you ate all of your points. Your body thinks it is starving if you don't eat enough. My daughter wasn't using all of her points and she stopped losing for more than a month. The leader said she should eat all of her points and also the extra weekly ones. The very first week, she started losing again. I can't say that this is your plateau problem, but it could be. Why don't you ask your leader for suggestions because I am just stating what I have heard. Good luck with your exercising with your two little ones in tow. We lived in a neighborhood that was close to a military base and lots of residents in our community were military. I know how hard it was for everyone left at home to carryon with all there is to do. Good luck to you.
