My Goals:
I want to look and feel healthier.

My Program:
I'm planning to limit my calories to 1300/day, focusing on fruits, veggies, lean proteins with limited whole grains. My initial goal was to exercise 5 days/week. However, I'm scheduled for knee surgery (ACL reconstruction) next week so I'm off cardio for at least another month or so. I'd like to say that I'll include weight training 2-3 x week, but that might be a little ambitious at this time. Maybe in a few more weeks...

Personal Information:
I know what to do...now I just need to get off my butt and do it!
