Getting Healthy and Staying that Way!!

Hi I'm a 21 yr old college student. Last year I successfully cut out all sugar and carbs and lost about 40 pounds. I'm finding it hard to stick to it though, and I've gained back about 15 pounds. Hoping to get back where I was and to realize it will never be easy, staying healthy is tough!
