Changing behavior to change my lifestyle.

I am a work in progress. I am working towards correcting bad habits that have developed over the past ten years. I am learning that the choices I make everday add up over time. I am also trying to lose the all or nothing attitude. I have made more progress i losing weight in the past five months than I have in the past three years. So this is working!

My Goals:
My small goal is to get to onederland. It has been over two years since I weighed under 200 lbs. My goals are 10 lbs at a time.

Goals Met
Onederland- 8-25-11 199.8
10% goal 194 lbs- 10-18

My Program:
I am commited to tracking what I eat. I am trying to eat between 1300-1500 calories a day.
I also try to exercise at least five times a week.

Personal Information:
In the past ten years I have gained around 50 pounds. I find myself losing and gaining the same 15 pounds over and over again. So frustrating. I am trying to take it 10 pounds at a time.
