My goal is to be happy in my own skin - whatever weight that may be. I would love to feel comfortable in a bathing suit.

I have been married for going on two years and our two dogs are our children. I am a Registerd Dietitian and I love educating on nutrition. Spark People has given me so many new ideas and helpful tips. I grew up with a weight problem and I want to help other kids and families from having to go through the same struggles.
Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities have crept in. Forget them as soon as you can
Thank you for the comment on my blog! I just recently went back to school to become a RD in January. I already have two bachelor's degrees in business but unfortunately I have to earn another bachelors. That will take me two years. Then I'm going to get a masters degree and do the required internship for the RD exam, which is another two year program. SO, I will be out of school in 4 years :)
