My Goals:
April 30, 2013 = 122lbs

16-18% body fat
(WARNING: this is not a healthy amount of body fat for an adult no competitive woman). I am training for a fitness shot.

My Program:
4 days of strength: 2 upper body and 2 lower body. 2 days of cardio, 1 day of rest.

hey! yes i am still motivated! my goal for the month was to maintain since its such a busy month. half my family has birthdays, including me, and its my 21st birthday! and then all the holidays, not to mention im italian, so yea. but instead, so far i have lost 3.6 pounds!

I am actually in Oregon for the holidays, where its cold and rainy/snowy. SoCal it was 84 degree F, when I left. yes, i know im crazy!!! how have you been?

btw, NATESGIRL made a challenge for this month, most of the same ppl are in that one too.

Thanks for the comment. I am doing well. I didn't join a challenge this month. This time of year is so busy as it is that I don't have time to log in every day. I am doing well at maintaining for now, trying to fit exercise in when I can. I will probably start hitting it hard after the holidays when I have more time to focus on me. Good luck with everything.
