10/2/12 - Well, here I am again. I keep starting and stalling and stopping and starting again. Goal this time is simple consistency.

My name's Lisa. Mantra - I want a prior version of my body back. I'm 3 years away from 40 and stamina/flexibility aren't just going to magically stay with me. I need to take time to be healthier.

I'm tired of being "just a little/about 10-15 pounds which isn't just a little" overweight. I'm annoyed that my fat clothes are now the clothes that fit, my "normal" clothes are a squeeze, and forget about the show off clothes.

I'd been gaining some weight gradually over the years and then gained more two years ago when I had a health issue (thyroid was taken out). I gradually moved from "a little overweight" to "not obese but a bit pudgy"

I'm not consistent with all the trackers, I find them annoying. So for now, I'm just going to try to consistently blog and maintain my trackers in there. Easier to type anyways.

So here's to a healthier me! Love all the groups and people I've met so far! Let's journey together.

I hate to see a friend feel sad and overwhelmed. What happened? Is there anything I can help you with? I know the Spark site takes a bit to get used to, but I'll do my best to answer any questions you have. Sometimes I still accomplish things by trial and error. hehe I also understand how hard it is to lose weight. But we can do this together! Please let me know if there's anyway I can help you out.

You may me a bit overwhelmed by the info that is here.
But give it some time, and you will be an expert in no time.
