I can do it, I can do it! I only work 17 hours a week, I have no life, I can get up off the couch and go do something! Yes! I will eat healthier, more veggies and fruit, less junk food! emoticon

YAY! I've been doing it for 5 weeks and lovin it! Im not a fan of the Yoga! I usually sub it with a Kenpo/Cardio/Core.
Lets go P90Xers! :)

Yeah I felt like a noodle last night from doing yoga, cus my work schedule changed so I didn't get to work out in the morning, good stuff though slept pretty well. I wish my work had an office gym, no fair :( oh well it's all peachy keen :)

Hi! I just started P90X last night. Day 2 today.

I' m sore too. But it feels good. I also work out during my lunch break at our office gym... so, I'm a little worried about the 90 commitment... but I am trying to be positive!! :) I've gotten permission to play my P90X videos at the gym & do my works out there, but I'm a little nervous. I think I would be more comfortable doing them in the privacy of my own home. But I suppose thats a good back up plan if the 2 adays start to be tooo much for me. :)
