Don't wait. The time will never be just right.
Hi! I have been using SparkPeople or seriously using it since July. I began using the 5k rookie running program on Spark and thought there was no way I could EVER transition from running 2 minutes walking 2 minutes to running 3 minutes-LOL. Now I absolutely love running and depend on it. I can now run 5 miles in about 54 minutes. I have lost over 30 pounds so far.
