- Make conscientious and informed food choices

- Eat 1,200-1,500 calories a day

- Drink 8 glasses of water a day.

- Work out and do yoga

Hi! It's going well. I weighed in this morning and have now lost 4 pounds total. It means that I've managed to lose 2 pounds per week thus far...which to be honest, I really didn't think I'd be able to pull off. It's good because it's given me a lot more motivation. How are you doing?
