I'm fighting the scale after my thyroidectomy. Hopefully this will help me get healthy and fit. I'm already an avid healthy eater and exerciser, I just need a place to record these things.

My Goals:
To excercise consistantly and eat well. I can pack on the pounds easily now that I have thyroid issues. Blah!

My Program:
Exercise: I'm into hiking this summer. Try to get in at least 1 long hike a week. Kettlebells for strength 2 times a week.

Eating: I eat mostly vegan, with the occasional cheese slip up.

Hi fellow veg*n Ya Ya! I was looking through the Spark Recipes site and you'd posted lots of yummy looking recipes. I need to list some of my favorites on there, although I'm not too creative and usually use cookbooks. :o)
