I am the big 3-0... I started SP in February of 2007 to prepare for my wedding. I reached my ultimate goal weight of 120lbs in July of 2011 & got pregnant only weeks later. I gained almost 60lbs in my pregnancy & am back to lose the baby weight. I lost 20lbs post delivery & have 40lbs to go! Time to put a lot of hard work & dedication back into this to get back into my size 0's!!

I hear you. Sounds just like me!

Don't worry we can do this! We just have to keep at it. My goal is by mid February when we go on a trip to Mexico, but we will see if that happens. I am hoping so!

Good luck and have a great weekend!

Hey thanks for the comment and advice re: eating at home. I definitely notice a difference when we eat out a lot and it doesn't help me with my weight loss goals! It's hard because my boyfriend lives ~5 hours away so we only really see each other on weekends and vacations and it turns into "eat healthy all week then pig out on the weekends" and I feel awful afterwards. This week has been much better (even though we splurged on pizza last night!) and I hope to keep it up!

Wow, you sound a lot like me with where you started and where you are :) Keep up the great work.

Thanks for the comment on my blog.
When your gym adds it I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! I would love to be a good dancer but I don't know that will ever happen. But I am gonna have fun trying!

Have a great day!
