Kalen

I am the big 3-0... I started SP in February of 2007 to prepare for my wedding. I reached my ultimate goal weight of 120lbs in July of 2011 & got pregnant only weeks later. I gained almost 60lbs in my pregnancy & am back to lose the baby weight. I lost 20lbs post delivery & have 40lbs to go! Time to put a lot of hard work & dedication back into this to get back into my size 0's!!

hey, girl, love the new pic! you look awesome! yes I did get the new weight vest ordered it from walmart few weeks ago, but I have not used it much, mostly to clean and run errands, the weather has put a damper on my mood and workout routine, its very heavy, its amazing to think I weight twice that before!! I'm hoping to the weather gets better so I can reach my goal in the 120's. keep up the good work u look great! emoticon

oh, dear! Good workout is an understatement- have you heard of Body Pump? Its similiar! it was so much fun - but SO HARD! here is the description for the website:

"Chisel: Define and refine! Tone and strengthen you rbody with resistance bands, weights, the Body Bar, gliders, stability balls and more. Strength training is critical in building bone density."

But it was more than just a ST class - my heart was RACING the whole time- it a nice blend of cardio(ish) movements and strength training. SO GOOD! (but ill be sore all day :) )

Hey! I wanted a bit of advice on the Easytones and was hoping you could help. I got my first pair yesterday and they already help with the pain caused by heel spurs. I'm thinking of getting the flip flop version today but noticed a lot of chit chat online about how they deflate soon. What has been your experience with them - are they still holding up? Do you think I should get the flip flops? I'd appreciate any input. Thanks.
